Within the first 7–10 days, bodyweight climbed 6 lbs. By the end of week three, I was up 11 lbs total. Bench moved +25 lbs, incline DB press up 10 lbs per hand, and my top set squat jumped 40 lbs while maintaining depth. Pumps were borderline painful — especially on push days. Glycogen fullness was obvious; I looked larger even before the scale confirmed it. A good portion of that weight was intracellular water and glycogen — expected with oxymetholone. Blood pressure trended upward but stayed controlled because we monitored daily and adjusted sodium intelligently. Appetite actually improved in this case, which helped me push calories during the mass phase. Would I run it long term? Absolutely not. But for a short, strategic three-week strength and size surge — it delivered exactly what it’s known for: rapid performance escalation. Great compound. Solid results. Excited to run this again in the future.

I like to take it preworkout for a nice pump, agressivity as well as a very need muscle mind connection.
