I followed the normal loading protocol of .25mg a week and didn't feel much, but it could be that I am not a strong responder. I ramped it up to .5mg after a week, and felt the nausea that people tend to mention with GLP-1 agonist products. This won't do the work for you, but it helps you run a higher deficit without suffering too much. I am running it concurrently with a TRT dosage of test e, and have dropped 3.2kg in the last 30 days, easily sitting on 2400 calories a day, when I usually have difficulty on a more moderate cut of 2700.
