When order has been shipped out from warehouse post system, PMR Team will provide tracking number to your order. We recommend to use one of the following tracking services like: https://www.17track.net/en https://www.trackingmore.com/ Note: Tracking numbers are most of the time poorly updated. The tracking information usually updates when it arrives to the customs of destination country. After that it is a matter of several days to receive it. “Origin Post preparing dispatch” is often an incorrect status as the package has long left origin country but will only update and change status once it will reach destination customs.

We are sorry for this mistake. Human factor can play its role and you can receive wrong products or even whole wrong package by mistake. If that’s the case, please upload a photo of received items to an image upload site like ibb.co and send us a link with the order number so we can promptly take care of your situation. Note: All products are photographed before they are placed in the package! The issue can be reported only within 2 weeks after receiving the package.

It depends of what you ordered, your order may be shipped from different warehouses and countries. Part of your order could be shipped with a different shipments but always under the same Order ID. The packages wouldn't delivery on the same day. You can always check if the order was shipped in multiple packages under your order details.

PMRoids ship packages from different warehouses because most of manufactures are using different countries. Please allow us time to fully update your order shipments.

If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, please create an order ticket and contact with PMR Team to check your shipment details. PMR Team will work hard to figure it out what caused the delay and send your order to you quickly.

On occasion, some items in our store may be temporarily out of stock. If you have ordered multiple items with different availability, we will ship in-stock items immediately and hold the balance of your order. Back ordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Splitting up your order will in no way increase the cost of shipping to you. You can help by giving instructions on dealing with re-orders by PMR Team any time.

Depending on the shipping methods that you have chosen in your order progress. US Domestic and EU Domestic packs would be shipped 100% DELIVERY INSURANCE and it usually takes within 3-4 business days after order is going to ship from current warehouse. Delivery day will fall into one of these categories: • Regular/Registered Air mail (Delivery time 14-28 days. Signature may be required by delivery agency. ETA is 31 days) • EMS (With tracking number, signature required, delivery time 8-10 business days) • Courier Shipping (Delivery time 3-4 business days. Signature required by courier agency. It's more risk to stuck by customs so we don't recommended to select Courier Shipping.)

Unfortunately, PMR Team can not be able to change the shipping address on orders once they've been transmitted to the warehouse center. We strongly recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. Note: Since the package can't be returned to sender and you will lost your shipment!

If you paid the order and submitted the payment information, you must immediately contact with PMR Team. We reserve the right to deny a change to your order, in the event that the payment has already been processed or it is too late to return the package from our shipping department.

You can add your new address in your account also we ask to select address in your order progress so you can add new address or choose it once which you have been added your account already.

Depending on what you ordered, your order may be shipped with more than one package or will ship different warehouses or countries. The different packages would not arrive at the same time. You can always check tracking numbers under your order details if your order is shipped in multiple packages.

Most of our shipments contain valuable items and require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be in your address to accept delivery of package, consider shipping your order where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. Note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room.

All our packages are carefully and discretely wrapped by warehouse. If you received products damaged during transportation, please make and upload a photo to an image upload site like ibb.co and send us a link so we can promptly take care of your situation and reship the broken item. Depends on where you are located and which product you ordered. PMR Team will prefer to ship your order from one of our warehouse facilities. If you have chosen different warehouse brands in your order progress, PMR Team would be contact to substitute products to ship one safe shipment. Note: It's important to change products only for same mg and substance products.

There is no need to worry. We have heard for seizures of packages was that basic seizure notice. Including for orders containing more than 50 vials. Customs, according to their official reports, seize tens of thousands of packs every day containing forbidden supplements and drugs therefore an address flag is impossible since the volume is simply to big for them to analyze each case in depth. Our store offers the most permissive reship policy on the AAS market. If you have received a seizure letter or your package is stuck in customs for more than 15 days, please contact our customer support to investigate the case and initiate a reship.

There is no need to worry, usually customs clearance procedure takes 2-3 days, however sometimes it can take up to 15 days or more to release. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up things. We kindly ask to patiently wait, as our Shipping success rate from all our current 10-15 Warehouses is around 98%.
