PMRoids don't have minimum or maximum order cost required. You may wish to place any amount of products. But, some payment methods has minimum transaction required so please check details when you will select payment method.

After you will finish your order progress, you will receive order confirmation by email. If you don’t receive the e-mail within few minutes, please check your junk mail folder or spam folder because some email servers may block and send email to junk folder. We recommend that you add PMRoids as a safe sender to ensure proper email delivery. Also, you have to see order details under your account. If not, please contact PMR Team by your order ticket to check it out.

PMRoids inventory is real-time! In the rare instance that you ordered item and we discover an inventory error, we will contact with you immediately and inform stock issue. You don't need to pay extra cost to change in stock products.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The tracking information will be available in the order details. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail, as it may have been received there. For domestic orders, please allow 2-3 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks from the date of shipment so each warehouses have different TA to delivered to your country. Note: Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 2-3 hours after you placed your order. You must immediately contact with PMR Team to stop shipment. All orders are processed and shipped extremely, so changes can only be made if the order payment has not been processed. We reserve the right to deny a change to your order, in the event that there is not sufficient stock to full your request.

If the payment information has not been submitted to your order, you can delete the order in your account page. If you paid the order and submitted the payment information, you must immediately contact our customer care department. We reserve the right to deny a change in your order, in case of the payment has already been processed or it is too late to return the package from our shipping agency.

When you log in to your PMRoids account, you’ll be able to view any current and previous orders under your account. Each order has been showed current status to be checked by customer.

PMR Team ship all orders within 2-3 days if the funds are picked up. Warehouses usually don't ship packages weekends or national holidays. Please allow 3-4 days to process your payment (excluding Sundays).

After you finish order progress, you should receive a detailed order confirmation email. While PMRoids system will confirm your order and it would be available on time with your account.

After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The order will be also visible in your account page. If you do not receive a confirmation email or your order is not visible in your account page, please contact with us by contact ticket form to check your order details.

As long as you are logged in to PMRoids, your products will stay in your cart until you will finish your order progress. Keeping items in your cart do not guarantee because of stock issues and warehouse ability.
