RESHIP & REFUND

We have a strict no-reship policy with any high risk countries. This includes, but not limited to Africa, APO/FPO, Australia, Brazil, Canada and New Zealand. If you are unclear of your country’s risk status, please contact us and submit a contact ticket form. These terms must be agreed upon in checkout to place your order. Due to strict customs clearance regulations we DO NOT ship to Russian Federation, Belarus and Ukraine. Important Note; If you based on EU citizen countries and UK, Only we can give 100% delivery insurance for Europe and UK warehouse manufactures.

Unfortunately, returned packages are lost as warehouses are unable to retrieve any returned deliveries. Most of time packages are being returned because a wrong or insufficient address was provided or the package had not been picked up on time. PMRoids can’t be responsible in both scenarios. Please go personally to your local post office and proceed with an inquiry. Sometimes, packages can be returned because import documents are missing. In this case we need a copy of the notification to initiate a reship. We highly recommend to check tracking numbers and your post box more frequently and be careful on putting the real name and address when placing your order.

The post office usually keep your package for 4-5 business days before they will return to sender. Make sure to contact the post office with your tracking number to schedule re-delivery or pick up the package at post office immediately.

No, you can not return any packages to warehouses, for more questions do not hesitate to create a contact ticket form.

If your package was lost ( has not been delivered after 60 days from a dispatch date) or seized you are eligible to ask for a reship or refund. Please contact PMR Team with all details (seizure letter, tracking number, order number) and PMR team will promptly take care of your situation. Please note for safety reasons we do not provide cash refunds, the refund can be made only in store credit.

Please wait at least 4-5 weeks after the shipping date, before contacting us about non-arrival of an order. If the order has been detained and confiscated by foreign customs please contact us.

If you have not received a package after 31 days have passed from a dispatch date and there is no recent movement on the tracking number, please contact our PMR Team to investigate the case and in case of confirmed loss initiate a reship.
